Renewal Notice: Core Technology items need to be renewed once each year. Currently price for renewal of all above items is about $125.00 / year. The cost of the first year of core technology services for your site is included in the price of this package. Other than content maintenance costs (if any) or additional development to the website, this is the approximate cost to keep your site up and running in secure environment from year to year after the initial site cost.

- Professional website theme design by Green County Spotlight LLC (to reflect your brand and/or desired online business image).
- Custom designed graphics and navigation elements as needed (menus, sub-menus, etc.) to support the unique layout and style of your website -- does not include logo design or graphical content development (i.e. banner ads or other marketing materials).
- Email Marketing Package (Send email marketing campaigns to your contact list of up to 125 recipients for life. Includes unlimited mailings, survey tools and an email collection tool for your website. Package upgrades available for larger lists at highly-competitive prices.
- Search Engine Optimized coding and structure.
- Submission to Google Maps (we can do this for you by proxy or help you do this via your own Google account)
- Local telephone and email technical support for issues related to the GCS Core Essentials Website Application/Program and core technology services (this does not include content management services above and beyond the initial loading of content on your website) during normal business hours.

Managing Your Website Content
If there is one primary axiom on the web, it is, and has always been that "Content is King." In a nutshell, this means that the most important aspect of your website is the information that it provides. Yes, people are looking for a satisfying experience on the web but it's your website's content that plays the biggest role in that satisfaction. Keeping your content fresh and relevant is one of the most important tasks associated with operating a successful website today. GCS Web Essentials 1.0 makes this easy to do but also comes with the professional help you need to get off on the right foot.
Every GCS Web Essentials 1.0 package includes initial
installation of your digitally-provided content (see FAQ Note for further details)
and content corrections for the first 30 days after your website goes
live. This includes image cropping and resizing where necessary,
content formatting/styling and linking. We will also upload any
documents you wish to serve via the web (i.e. MS Word Docs, .pdf files,
etc) and link to them from your content pages as needed. If you like, we'll be happy to train you (in our Monticello office) while loading your initial content so that you can come away with the confidence you need to make your own changes in the future.
Of course, if you really just don't have the time to keep up with the changes after your initial 30 days or simply don't feel comfortable doing this (really, it's easy) we provide content maintenance service plans to suit your needs and help keep your site fresh and inviting.
FAQ Note: Because
the FAQ system is a module (allowing an almost unlimited number of
entries) and the number of FAQ questions/answers varies from customer to customer, we will load the first 20 Frequently Asked Questions/Answers
as part of your initial content installation. We offer additional FAQ
maintenance at our standard hourly rates for content maintenance and with our content maintenance plans.

GCS Catalog Module 1.0 (optional add-on)
GCS Catalog Module 1.0 is a GCS Web Essentials 1.0 add-on that provides a flexible system for showcasing your product and/or service offerings in a categorized format. Use the built-in editing tools to quickly build a hierarchical catalog such as the one your are viewing now . With this one module, you can add the equivalent of thousands of pages of content to your website without ever contacting a developer. What a deal!
E-commerce note: While GCS Catalog Module 1.0 is not an e-commerce shopping cart, it can be used with PayPal buttons to create a small storefront if you desire. Simply copy the code from PayPal into your catalog's item records and you're off and running. GCS Page Creator 1.0
Create pages for your site any time you like with the dynamic page editor module. This module works almost exactly like the regular page editing system except it allows you to create new pages for your site which you link in from other content areas of the site. This module gives you the ability to expand your site at any time without the need to pay your web developer to do it for you.
